Used for a long time as a holidays residence, Masseria Montepaolo then has not been used for equally long time, but after a teaching career lasting thirty years Anna Maria decides to turn it into a tourist accommodation, a strongly influenced by her passion for cooking choice. This passion has led in the implementation of the whole project, bringing it to play a pioneering role in the farm kitchen, that even today is dedicated to the creation of more and excellent custom plates, driven by the desire to bring to the table the quality and the excellence of its territory.

Masseria Montepaolo delight the palate of its customers with traditional flavors and high quality products grown according to organic farming principles: oil, fruit, vegetables and vegetables, herbs, almonds, used in the preparation of typical dishes of the Mediterranean diet-related seasonality and inspired exclusively to Puglia.
