One of the masseria’s strengths is undoubtedly the excellent cuisine that guests can experience starting with breakfast. Tarts with lemon and chocolate, croissants, orange juice, fresh ricotta cheese and aromatic honey can be tasted by the pool, in the beautiful setting of a vast olive grove. Dinner is prepared according to the traditional Puglia’s cousine, all the products are valorized by the mastery of Chef Antonella. People can enjoy their dinner in a charming location: the restaurant’s terrace.

The best dishes offered includes also the unsurpassable “involtini ammollicati” with veal, fresh bread, cheese, pepper, parsley and garlic, fish balls with creamed green beans and tomato slices, and strudel with octopus with smoked cheese . To prolong the pleasure of the holidays, the masseria offers to purchase excellent extra virgin olive oil of its own production, the famous Carpino beans and honey from the apiary of the Gargano!
