Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore Riserva Duca Sanfelice is a red wine produced with Gaglioppo vine varieties, which are in the area among Cirò (in province of Crotone) and Val di Neto, on the slope of Sila upland.
Treatment: these grapes are harvested in the first ten days of October, then vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, for a period that goes from a week to ten days. After that, the must ferments in the same tanks for three years before being bottled.
Description: Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore Riserva Duca Sanfelice has a dark ruby red colour. At the smell is very strong a spicy aroma, with also cinnamon and licorice.
Complement: it matches well with main dishes seasoned with ragu, roasted meats, red boiled meat, game and aged cheeses.
