Agrimare Barba Agritourism, near Teramo

In the province of Teramo, in Scerne di Pineto, against the backdrop of an extraordinary scenery, namely on the Vomano river hill ridges, between the towns of Cellino Attanasio, Atri, Pineto and Roseto rise Agrimare Barba Agritourism, a heaven of peace which has the advantage of enjoying a privileged position from which you can see at the same time the colors of the Adriatic sea and the peak of the Gran Sasso of Italy. The countryside is located in the heart of the Farm F.lli Barba, one of the most famous and extensive areas of the Province, heir to a long-standing tradition of excellence that has its roots in the fifteenth century and to a story that marked the course of entire eras. Spread over 684 hectares, of which 130 are divided among vineyards, olive groves, and trees for wood, the company is specialized in cattle, viticulture and the production of fruit, vegetables, olive oil and honey and has direct sales points of its own products

The breeding, aimed at obtaining high-quality fresh drinking milk, well featuring 600 Dutch Friesian cows and is composed of two livestock centers with milking parlors, paddocks, barns and shelters for animals. The country house was born in the early 2000s thanks to the idea to reevaluate and reuse the old farm buildings located in the middle of the vineyards and olive groves of the company in order to enhance the area and the company.

Agrimare Barba Agritourism is now managed to the brothers Giovanni, Domenico and Vincenzo, flanked by numerous collaborators who, motivated by great passion, work daily to try to always hold high the name of the company, by maximizing the quality of all services. The farm has six independent mini apartments of different types, furnished in rustic and cozy and equipped with all comforts.

Vacation in the farmhouse Agrimare Barba means the opportunity to plan and spend a holiday in total autonomy, enjoying a mild climate and practicing the sports and leisure activities that Abruzzo offers: from hiking to mountain biking, from tastings of Barba family wines to swimming. Those who love peace and relaxation can instead relax by the pool or experience the wonderful wild beach which is a few hundred meters from the accommodation, therefore easily accessible by car or bicycle. Guests can also take advantage of the wide open spaces of the farm and the possibility to use the barbecue for lunches and dinners immersed in the silence of the Abruzzo countryside.
