So, in short, here is FICO EatalyWorld: 2 hectares of fields and open air stables (with over 200 animals), 40 farm factories, 45 refreshments areas, shops and markets, 6 classrooms, and also educational rides, theater and cinema, and a convention center. Open from today, November 15th , the Park, wanted by Eataly, is entirely dedicated to Italian biodiversity and Made in Italy. Here it is possible to see with your own eyes, the production of all kinds of food excellences: from cheese to pasta, from oil to beer, from meat to fish. An innovative way, explains Oscar Farinetti, founder of Eataly, to know and understand the immense wealth of our country. The 45 refreshment areas, including bistro, starred restaurants and street food offer all the recipes of Italian cuisine fresh and genuine ingredients, cultivated and made on site by 40 Farmer’s Factories. A true paradise for gourmets and refined palates!
In short, a great learning space where knowledge, information, discovery and entertainment go hand in hand, with the sole purpose of enhancing food-related culture. Thanks to this setting, visitors can go from attending a workshop devoted to cheese making to tasting some fine Piedmontese wines, from a course on Neapolitan pizza to a multimedia ride specially designed for the youngsters.

The so-called educational rides – in fact, dedicated to fire, land, sea, animals, bottles and the future – are extremely engaging and at the same time of high educational and informative value. Eataly World can be explored on foot or by bike, in complete freedom or with the help of Ambassadors of Italian Biodiversity … Specialized staff will accompany the visitor in the discovery of a world that starts with the earth and ends up on the table in respect of Italian traditions. And it can be also the most beautiful place to shop, using the special three-wheeled white bicycles.
Eataly was founded in 2006 by initiative of Oscar Farinetti, and is a chain of distribution and catering related to Italian delicacies and quality food. In fact, the company selects carefully chosen products from small and medium sized companies to offer to the general public.
