50 World’s Best Pinsa is born

The international guide that celebrates Pinsa Romana in the world

A new stage for Italian gastronomic excellence: Pinsa Romana, recognized among the PATs
of the Lazio Region, it makes its official entry into international publishing with the publication
from the 50 World’s Best Pinsa guide, presented today at 3.30pm at WeGil (Largo Ascianghi 5,
Rome).
The event marks a crucial step: from a territorial product to a global symbol of innovation
gastronomic.

The guide, conceived and edited by Press Food, collects the 50 best “pinseries” in the world, the result of
careful selection and direct visit to numerous countries. It’s not just a ranking, but
of a real cultural and informative project, designed for professionals, restaurateurs and
enthusiasts. The aim is to define a shared canon of quality and authenticity for the
Pinsa.

“When I started working in the world of flours and baked goods, I would never have
I thought my research would lead me to create a product capable of changing habits
food for millions of people” says Corrado Di Marco, inventor of Pinsa Romana. “Today
this idea, born to combine taste, lightness, quality and modernity, has become a symbol
global of Italian gastronomic culture.”
Then adds Alberto Di Marco, CEO of Di Marco Srl: “The birth of this
guida represents a new tool for spreading and deepening knowledge of Pinsa a
international level and to enhance its identity in an ever-expanding market.”

The editorial direction of the guide is entrusted to Bruno Petronilli, journalist and food critic of
fame, while the publication is edited by Filia Edizioni, an independent publishing house specializing in
food and wine projects.

Special prizes were also awarded during the presentation ceremony
they celebrate transversal excellence of the Pinsa universe: from dough quality to innovation in
pairings, from the creativity of topping to beverage selection, up to the overall experience of
hall and environment.

The project is supported by a group of sponsors who share the values of the authentic product and
of Italian quality, including:

Pinsa School – academy that has trained over 3,000 “pinsaioli” in the world. In summary, “50 World’s
Best Pinsa” is much more than a guide: it is a cultural and gastronomic manifesto that tells
the evolution of a territorial product that has become a global heritage, celebrating its protagonists and
tracing the future of one of the most significant trends in contemporary Italian cuisine.
