Terme Libere Bormio (Sondrio)

Terme Bullicame (Viterbo)

Grotta delle Ninfee (Cerchiara)

Located in Calabria, the Terme of Cerchiara are characterized by a deep cleft that cuts through a rocky outcrop within which flows a stream of thermal water: a sort of narrow canyon called “the Nymphs’ Cave”. According to the ancient legend, this secret cave kept the thalamus of the nymph Calypso. In the cave they are formed sludge known since the time of ancient Sibariti for their therapeutic properties. Classified as sulfur, the thermal waters gush out at a temperature of 30 degrees. In the spa you can make free stream water baths, but there is also the possibility to use the pay spa pool built in the large parking lot in front, which collects the water from the cave.

Terme Sorgeto (Ischia)

Very famous for its thermal baths and the health centers linked to the exploitation of its hyperthermal waters of volcanic origin, Ischia also preserves absolutely free sources, jealously guarded by the inhabitants of the island and unknown to tourists. One of these is set among rocks overlooking the sea at Sorgeto, in Panza, the municipality of Forio d’Ischia. It is a place of indescribable beauty, with hyperthermal water escaping from the seabed at a temperature close to 90 degrees, thus creating a valuable mixture of sea water and thermal water, used in spas and thalassotherapy, therapy that use sea ​​water.
