Cirò bianco is produced with Greco Bianco vine varieties, which are in the area among Cirò (in province of Crotone) and Val di Neto, on the slope of Sila upland.
Treatment: these grapes are harvested in the first half of September, then vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, lightly pressed. After that, the must ferments and the wine is bottled.
Description: Cirò bianco has a straw yellow colour and at the smell one can feel peach, pear and hawthorn tree flowers, with final marks of citrus fruits. At the taste is fresh and flavourful, with fruit marks at the end.
Complement: it matches well with fish dishes shellfishes and sea food.
