In fact, the 2013 was the inauguration year of the agritourism with the curious name Ben Ti voglio, the project to which a young couple form Emilia Romagna has dedicated body and soul. On the borders of the property there are vineyards, the olive grove and lovely trees, whose fruits are used to produce fresh jams of strawberries, cherries, apricots and quinces, always ready on the table for your breakfast, the most important meal of the day. The agritourism Ben Ti Voglio has also beekeeping, from which is derived a great organic honey destined to sweet and savory food.
Entirely rebuilt, following the architectural lines of the cadastral maps of the ‘700, the structure of the agritourism Ben Ti Voglio is now presented with a the rural and the modern style. Employing in a rigorous plan for energy saving, with the sustainable perspective in every detail, Ben Ti Voglio has foreseen a system of walls insulation, the use of double glazing, roof ventilation and heating by using a powered boiler chip. What’s more, for the purification of waste water, the agritourism use a biological system that is purified by particular bacteria. Absolute respect of the territory is carried out by separate collection of glass, plastic, paper and organiс.
Built as a delightful and welcoming environment, the Ben Ti Voglio restaurant is only open on weekends, but it is willing, by reservation, for each type of event, ceremony and refreshments. There is a typical Emilian menu, characterized by strong flavors of great simplicity, dedicated to the rediscovery of ancient tastes through the game hunted locally. The wild boar is the main course, which is the succulent of lunches and / or dinners at Agriturismo Ben Ti Voglio.
A small gem enriches the stay in this small oasis of peace: the presence of bow shooting lessons, or instinctive shooting, which is seen as the target of some silhouettes of animals, recreated in the bushes as if they were real.
