According to the legend, the “benandant” were coven of wizards protecting their communities who, at every change of season, would gather to propitiate fertility and prosperity. Coming out in the form of spirit, these were fighting against “strïòns” (sorcerers), bearers of evil. Born from the existing agricultural company specializing in the production of wine, and obtained from the restoration of old buildings attached to the house, the accommodation is characterized by the elegance of the Austro-Hungarian flavor combined with the Friuli tradition, that welcomes guests in an atmosphere of ancient times. Marble, fine furniture, inspired by Tuscan baroque models with ancient forms from the Renaissance: large carvings, frames, romantic motifs but also leaves, scrolls and lion heads.
On the ground floor, lit by large windows overlooking the surrounding garden, the reception has a reading and relax area with small library; on the first floor of the house we find three elegant bedrooms equipped with all comforts and ancient furniture renovated by Sig. Dario, owner of the company, while on the second floor , as well as a triple room, there is a mini apartments designed to families.
