Fiera Milano Rho hosts the eleventh edition of the B2B event dedicated to food
& beverage: 5,000 exhibitors, over 100,000 expected visitors, new areas
themes and the debut of the Food Manifesto
From ’11 to 14 May 2026 TUTTOFOOD returns to Fiera Milano Rho with a program that
look at global food & beverage supply chains. The B2B event brings together producers,
buyers, distributors, Horeca professionals, chefs and operators in the sector, putting at the centre
exhibition novelties, international comparison and new market trajectories. Italian Traditions
tells the story of the event through the themes that define its eleventh edition.
2026 marks a further leap in scale for the event. Around 5,000 are expected
exhibitors, over 4,000 top buyers and more than 100,000 professional visitors from 80 countries, with
10 pavilions and 85,000 net square meters of exhibition space. Numbers confirming the
growth of the event after the 2025 edition, which ended with 95,000 attendees.
The exhibition route will be rearranged with a more compact layout, designed to facilitate the
visit and make it easier to switch between the main categories. Next to the compartments
merchandise — from grocery to frozen foods, from fruit and vegetables to bakery, up to confectionery and coffee —
special areas dedicated to the most dynamic segments of the sector will find space, including
TUTTOBIO by Natexpo, TUTTO Fruit & Veg, the International Startup Area, the Italian Startup
Area and the ESG Virtual Shop.
Among the most notable moments of the 2026 edition is the first International Cuisine Forum
Italian, which was held on ’ May 11, on the opening day. The meeting is part of the
path to valorize Italian cuisine as a cultural heritage and has opened a
comparison on its role in international agribusiness supply chains. In this framework it is
the Food Manifesto was presented, indicated by the organizers as a charter of values for the
future of food.
The demonstration is not limited to the commercial exhibition. The programme envisages over 200
official conferences, six Ceremony Awards and numerous events. Themes run through
sustainability, international markets, food waste, organic, plant-based, retail media,
sustainable packaging, fresh logistics, private labels, alternative proteins, wellness
animal and data-driven marketing.
Special attention is given to fresh produce. ALL Fruit & Veg will tell
the evolution of fruit and vegetables, even in the proposals processed, with an observatory dedicated to
fruit and vegetable departments of European distribution and the assignment of Fresh & Produce Retail
Awards. The theme of quality will also be present in the debut of Geographical Indications
European through AREPO, which strengthens the link between territories, certified productions and markets
international.
Innovation will also play a central role. Startups will have spaces dedicated to matchmaking,
while the ESG Virtual Shop will bring a digital and experimental point of sale to the fair, designed
to analyze the perception of sustainability products and messages. It is a clear signal: the
the future of food does not only come from the quality of the ingredients, but also from the ability to
read data, behaviors and new purchasing habits.
Milan, already recognized as the Italian business capital, thus consolidates its role in the
international agribusiness dialogue. The location of Fiera Milano Rho, the
collaboration between Fiere di Parma, Fiera Milano and Koelnmesse, and program support
buyers contribute to making the event a meeting point between the Italian supply chain and the markets
global.
TUTTOFOOD 2026 therefore presents itself as a fair, but also as an observatory on the
food to come. In the pavilions of Rho you will find production tradition, research, distribution,
new technologies and gastronomic culture. For Italy, it is an opportunity to reaffirm the value
of Made in Italy agri-food as a system made up of supply chains, territories, skills and
ability to innovate without losing the connection with one’s roots.
