Additive Revolution – Treddy launches the future of manufacturing

The annual event Additive Days, designed by Treddy and Rimas, returns to its fifth edition, confirming one of the most anticipated appointments in the panorama of additive manufacturing in Italy. The event will be held on 27 June from 09.00 in Pescara. A full day of dialogue, inspiration, comparison and discovery, dedicated to professionals, institutions, stakeholders and enthusiasts of 3D technologies, in a historical moment marked by geopolitical tensions, wars and economic uncertainties.
In a context where global supply chains are fragile, 3D printing is emerging as a strategic lever to overcome obstacles, reduce costs, relocate production and focus on sustainability and industrial autonomy.
Again this year, the event brings together experts, innovators and institutions to analyse the strategic role of 3D printing in transforming economic, industrial and social models. The event will include: Fabio Scacciavillani, Leading Economist & Asset Manager; Francesco De Stefano, CEO & Founder @Caracol AM; Davide Ferrulli, Country Manager South Europe @HP 3D Printing; William Amighetti, Medico Chirurgo and Founder @Give Me A Hand Foundation; Patrich Ferretti, R&D Structural Calculation and Innovation Manager @Fantic Motor. There will also be an institutional representation, which will tell how Treddy was a strategic partner in urban furniture projects.

«Additive Days is born from a deep conviction: innovation is true only if it can improve people’s lives. In a fragile historical moment, marked by wars, environmental crises and global tensions, we believe that additive manufacturing can represent a concrete lever to rethink production, reduce waste and give back centrality to local communities. This event is our way of sharing a vision, building bridges between skills and demonstrating that technology and humanity can – and must – go in the same direction.» To declare it Marco Luciani and Mattia Mucci, founders of Treddy.
Institutions will be present to demonstrate the strategic value of Treddy in public operations for urban sustainability.
The initiative leading to prostheses for children amputated by anti-personnel mines will also be presented.
In a rapidly changing world, Additive Days is the concrete demonstration that doing business with ethics, vision and innovation is possible. And that 3D printing can be not only technology, but a bridge between industry, economy and humanity.
