Do you want to take part in the “Artigiani del gusto” event – National Trade Show and are looking for more information about it? No sooner said than done!
After the fantastic success of last year, the “Artigiani del Gusto” event is promoting its second edition, which will take place exactly at Villa Corvini, in the historic eighteenth century building in Via S. Maria 27 in Parabiago. The event is completely free and promotes and enhances the manual mysteries and products of the food and wine field. It will take place on Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The important aspects of these two days are both cultural and informative: in fact, you will be able to witness live demonstrations of the processing, participate in the workshops, meet the artisans of the industry, deepen your knowledge of techniques and materials and take part in competitions…
It not only promotes the work, but also quality products that can be “eaten”: breads, buns, sweets, chocolate, cold cuts, cheeses, beers, wines and fresh pasta made with oil.
Also during the Artigiani del Gusto event in Parabiago, you will be able to taste and buy lots of specialties not only from the surrounding areas, but from all over the Lombardy Region and the rest of Italy, to appreciate both the quality and the variety of products that characterize our country.
You will rediscover the wonder of handmade items: in fact, you will also be able to buy gorgeous accessories for your kitchen and your table.
Furthermore, this is not an event just for adults, because there will be lots of games and entertainment for children…
It is an event promoted by the Hyperbole Cultural and Artistic Association, with the collaboration of the Villa Corvini Services Center and sponsored by the Municipality of Parabiago and the Lombardy Region, designed especially for those who wish to visit Italy, and enjoy the great tradition of made in Italy.
The creator of the project, Dr. Myriam Vallegra, had been thinking of developing such an event for several years, but waited for the right time to give it a more important meaning than just a simple food and wine show. For over ten years, together with the Cultural and Artistic Association Iperbole, the Villa Corvini Services Center, the Trade Associations and various Public bodies, she has been involved in the promotion and enhancement of handicrafts, but in this case she turned to a public which is more interested in artisans who make works of art for our tables.
Thus, a way to find out about the times and ways to produce the foods we eat every day, discovering many secrets about conservation and ideas to present the table and kitchen in general.
This is the third appointment for the promotion of craftsmanship held in this beautiful palace, together with the event called “Artisticamente”, which will take place at the end of November, exactly 25th and 26th . In this case the focus is on the relationship between art and nature.
The location is very easy to reach as it is so close to Milan, about twenty kilometers away, if you wish to stay in Parabiago, there are many low cost solutions.
