Born with a strong desire to return to a more human scale, more conducive to the soul and body, the opening of the agritourism is thanks to three friends, Andrea, Massimiliano and Marcella that, at some point in their lives, decided to abandon his career and life in the city to devote great love for an activity whose strengths are total respect for the land and its fruits and great attention to people who stay there. Built entirely with stones, the structure dates back to the early twentieth century and has been completely restored, respecting its original features. At guests’ disposal, the agritourism offers comfortable rooms with panoramic balconies, tiled floors, simple but cozy furniture, a pool surrounded by fruit trees and oaks, a field to play bocce and a reading room to relax. Close to Corte del lupo you can find fields to play tennis and golf, equestrian centers with horses and many trails to explore on foot, bike or horseback.

In a very friendly atmosphere and great attention to detail, the restaurant La Corte del Lupo offers a cuisine characterized by flavors of great simplicity and full respect of authenticity and seasonality of raw materials. Not only regional cuisine but also vegetarian and gluten-free, dedicated to the recovery of lost ancient recipes, revised and adapted to the present.

At the same time, agritourism performs noble and interesting project, creating biological farm Ansamama, a small oasis that wants to value and publicize to market the high quality of the typical products of Umbria and achieved great success thanks to the brave decision of not betting on the amount sacrificing product quality and production process.
Among the delicious dishes that can be enjoyed in this enchanting agritourism, we recommend ravioli stuffed with pecorino di fossa and truffle with white onion cream and chocolate shavings, tagliolini made with egg with duck ragù, capocollo of honey-glazed pork and beef pork with parmesan crust, pecorino cheese and fennel seeds.

Lively and united by a great passion, Andrea, Massimiliano and Marcella like to take care of all their guests, with primary emphasis on their needs and their well-being so that they can feel at home. Welcome and not receive, host and not accommodate is the secret of success of this agritourism in a region frequented not only by Italians but also foreigners, who increasingly choose it as a relaxing destination for the soul, a place to discover the value of small things.
