Langhe, the luxury of slowness – November among truffles, bare hills, and suspended villages

Italian Tradition presents the destinations to experience in November: our choice is the Langhe, hills
spoils that seem to be drawn by hand, bare vineyards that show the bone of the earth, villages in
balanced between silence and poetry, dishes that become collective rituals.
For this reason Italian Tradition has selected the Langhe as the destination of choice for the month of
November:

to eat well, among white truffles, braised meats, tajarin and wines that speak louder than any guide;
to see landscapes that heal, among medieval castles, colorful chapels, panoramic paths and
villages that seem suspended in time;
to experience slowness, which is not a limit, but a luxury.

Langhe, where time slows and the essentials become visible again

The gentle profile of the hills, as autumn turns to winter, takes on an essential charm.
Nature does not disguise itself: it shows itself for what it is.
And in this newfound nudity, the Langhe reveal themselves in all their truth.
November is the month of the Alba White Truffle, of the markets, of the auctions, of the intense scents that
fill the squares and restaurants celebrating the season with dedicated menus.
But it’s also the month of quiet villages, slow walks, views that look like paintings
metaphysics. The Langhe do not ask to be simply visited.
They ask to be heard.
