The Risotto creamed in the form of Parmesan

Since I was young for work reasons I found myself traveling from north to south in Italy. Trip after trip, I was lucky enough to discover wonderful places, intoxicated by scents and colors that I did not know existed. Italy is a magical and wonderful country, rich in tradition, culture, history, art, good food and inhabited by good people. The Italian Traditions project was born first of all for a personal need, because I wanted to enrich myself with those values inherent in the territory and which are my story.
A warning to those who visit places across the border to discover distant cultures, explore and get to know our beautiful country first of all, a unique place in the world in every sector: from architecture, history, art, design to food and wine. We have a duty to first know our roots, the culture that made us so special and enrich ourselves with the beauties that our country offers us through a journey of discovery full of emotion and passion.
My passion for Italy has always gone hand in hand with my great interest in traditional cuisine. I was able to understand that the Italian culinary art, in all its forms and in every region, is a crazy heritage, to be protected and enhanced.
We defend our land, we love our culture, we protect our identity heritage!
