Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP “EXTRA VECCHIO – GRAN RISERVA”, aged for a minimum of 25 years and bottled in the typical 100ml bottle of the “Protection Consortium” and designed by the famous Giugiaro.
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, obtained from slow-cooked and direct open-vessel must of typical Modenese grapes, refined and aged in barrels of different precious woods that give greater balsamicity to the finished product.
Fragrant, complex, balanced, penetrating to be used preferably raw. It goes well with any dish to enhance its flavor.
