The cuisine of Patron Michael and his daughter Martina Caruso serves Mediterranean dishes that look to tradition but without neglecting innovation. Selected, seasonal raw materials gives inspiration to simple dishes but never dull. The cellar contains many bottles carefully selected that comes from every part of Italy, but also from a lot of other regions situated in Europe. Full of rarities and depth of vintages, special attention to small producers, natural and biodynamic wines.
The restaurant is open during the same period of the hotel, more informal lunch and dinner with a richer menu, open by appointment to guests from outside the hotel.
Talking about the hotel: bright and airy, furnished with antique furniture, search and designer objects , fine fabrics, each room and suite has an individual style that envelops the guest in moments of rest, has a style of its own which envelops guests as they relax.
Views overlooking the gardens or the sea, whose perfumes waft through the large windows on the soft breeze, create a perfect resting place.
