Casa delle Aie Restaurant

 

The original building dates back to 1700 and it was restored without compromising the original plant. The actual restaurant was born from the combination of two companies, both symbols of the defense of the "romagnolità" in all its compendium: history and culture, tradition and good food.

The purpose of the food, in particular, is to keep alive the flavors of Romagna cuisine, as in Romagna the pleasure of eating becomes also a cultural aspect, translating in the pleasure of being together.

The dishes served here are all made out of regional and genuine products: simple preparations that have the scent of piadina, the flavor of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie.
