The farm is managed by the Balducci family, whose strong passion for the world of food was first thrust to pursue a career as a chef and then, sixteen years ago, the reason to start the current activity.

The renovations conducted with great care and respect for the old value of the structure, led to the birth of six rooms obtained from the stable and barns and a swimming pool adjacent to the rooms, settings furnished with great style where technology and the demands of contemporary life meet the charm of the past. Noteworthy, the Red Suite and the White Suite, characterized by refined and elegant atmospheres thanks to the colors and the furniture components. Among the strengths of Ca' Montioni Agritourism there is definitely the high quality of food service, based on a cuisine that looks back to a past rich in tradition, but without renounce the spirit of innovation, which is the most important ingredient of the farm dishes, prepared with genuine raw materials carefully selected.


At Ca' Montioni you can taste fine truffles, mushrooms, the Marchigiana breed meats and pecorino. Homemade pasta, rabbit with star anise and a white sauce of Marchigian meat with aged cheese are just some of the tasty dishes which the chefs of the house delight the palate of the guests.

Associated with Ice, the Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies, they also work with wine cellars and producers and for nine years dedicated to gluten-free cooking.
