Dimora Cortese

Dimora Cortese is located in Piedmont, just 20 kilometers from Alba, famous for its world renowned white truffle and about 30 minutes drive from Canelli, with its famous historic winery.

Dimora Cortese is an agritourism with charming guest rooms located in the old town of Castagnole delle Lanze, at the foot of Viewing Tower built around 1880 by Count Paolo Ballada of Saint-Robert in the place where once there was an ancient feudal castle and a short walk from the imposing Baroque Church of San Pietro in Vincoli.

The area is halfway between Langhe and Monferrato, land of great wines (such as Barbera, Barolo and Asti Spumante) and high-quality culinary traditions.

Trough the old portico you can enter in the current reception which give access to the large breakfast room and to the more intimate relaxation room; the stone staircase will take you to the four rooms. On the upper floor there is also a large covered terrace with a large garden terrace.

At the request of guests it is possible to organize the "Truffle hunting" led by the truffle hunter and his trusty dog, "Lessons in the vineyard", a day at the side of the wine producer, or visits to the historic cellars of Canelli, the cellars of Langhe and Roero.
