Alagna Valsesia

The Ski and Snowboard School Alagna was born in 1965 in the beautiful setting of the Monte Rosa, the second highest mountain in Europe.

Located in the heart of the Pennine Alps, Alagna is a typically Walser country effortlessly blending with the contemporary architecture. The Ski and Snowboard School has grown step-by-step, from the legendary Gustav Thöni skiing to modern teaching developed by the Italian Winter Sports Federation.

Today the school is composed of a very close-knit group of 20-25 teachers, updated with the latest teaching techniques and ready to offer students their knowledge in skiing. We deal with alpine ski lessons, snowboard, telemark and thanks to our professionalism, we can bring the students, with the maximum safety, the freeride world, to give him access to our fantastic ski tracks. In addition we also take care of teaching alpine skiing to people with physical and mental disabilities.

We offer private lessons for children and adults, as well as group lessons. The groups are divided by ability of the students to allow better teaching and learning.

We offer courses of different types, the seasonal courses where our students are followed by the masters for the winter season, the weekly courses and on weekends. Our classes are held in maximum security, choosing the ideal slope for the right technical and educational progress.

In Alagna you can enjoy two equipped camps for teaching skiing techniques, where the children, accompanied by our trained experts, will be able to learn while having fun. The camps are located, one in the locality Wold 1 km from the center of Alagna and the second in Pianalunga directly on the ski slopes of the Monterosa Ski Skiing.
