Veneto

Veneto is a region with an important winemaking and wine producing tradition, the first in Italy to have Controlled Denomination of Origin wines. On one hand ,this prevalence is due the wide range of vine variety , and on the other hand, to the commitment made in the production of the extensive variety of wines (white, red, sweet and sparkling). The weather and the morphology of the region are ideal for winemaking, thanks to a plethora of rivers on and around the hills, where weather is mild and soil is fertile.
