Riviera Ligure di Ponente
Treatment: grapes are naturally macerated on the peels for a day, or a day and a half. After that, they ferment for six months in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of twenty degrees. After the fermentation, the wine is refined in bottle for about a month.
Description: the colour of the wine is bright straw yellow, with green and golden reflects. At the smell there is a wide variety of scents, among which yellow peach, honey, grapefruit, aromatic herbs (sage), fresh rural flowers, musk and wood resin. The taste is rich, long lasting and strong, with final marks of citrus fruits and bitter almonds.
Complement: it matches well with sea flavours, so first dishes of fish, raw fish, shellfishes, mollusks.
