Treatment: after the harvest, grapes are macerated on the peels for two weeks with various treadings. After the alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, there is the malolactic one in barrique. Then the wine ripens in new French barrique for a year, before the bottling.
Description: colour is dark ruby red. At the smell one can feel a wide range of scents, among which vanilla, red fruits, jams and sweet spices. Taste is smooth, soft, elegant and long lasting, with wood and spices marks.
Complement: it matches well with meat dishes like roasts, braised and game.
