Treatment: grapes ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of twenty, twenty-one degrees, then the must ripen in the same place for six months and in bottle for three.
Description: the colour is intense straw-yellow with golden reflects. The scent is of roses, ripe fruits, lychees, maracuja, pineapple, spices (pepper, cloves, star anise). Taste is strong and embracing, the texture smooth.
Complement: it matches well with fish dishes (also raw and smoked), aperitifs, shellfishes and sea food, white meats, very spiced Asian dishes, blue cheeses.
